Are you struggling to grow your business,
Do you wake up each morning dreading sitting down at your desk, only to sift through a tangled web of emails you feel obligated to respond to, to-do lists you don’t even remember making, and a client meeting you forgot to prepare for? Are you wishing you had a playbook to help pull you out of the mess and into the greatness you know you are capable of?
When you really look at your business, you know that you need help, but you don’t have the time or even the focus to find it.
Maybe you have had a business for a little while and are still working 12+ hours a day to keep things running.
Or maybe you just started a business -or are about to- and realize that there is SO much more to being an entrepreneur than you realized.
You want to launch quickly and start making money, but you can’t find a clear path to begin.
There seem to be “helpful” resources everywhere you look, yet, you still end each day frustrated, full of questions, and feeling behind.
Every day you try to do as much as you can without losing control.
You wake up, start working, and handle each fire as is happens, hoping that the miracle solution you’ve been hoping for will magically present itself and make the day more manageable.
You feel like this whole entrepreneur thing should be better… even fun.
Everyone said owning your business would be the best thing you ever did. “You’ll finally have freedom,” they said, “and more money and fulfillment doing what you love.” Instead, you feel like a slave to your business with no way to escape.
You can’t keep going like this.
Whatever is going to restore your sanity, you need it. And you need it now.
Many of us leave a corporate career to start our own business because we are frustrated by the lack of control in our jobs. We want our hard work to benefit us, not someone three rungs up the corporate ladder who gets to play golf while we work overtime… for the third week in a row.
But creating a successful business isn’t just about working harder or working more hours. It’s about creating systems and connecting with the right people to make a reach a bigger goal – together.
All of the research on successful companies tells us:
We accomplish so much more together than alone.
Are you endlessly navigating your way through the trees and losing sight of the path you set out on when you started your business journey?
Handling day-to-day tasks in a reactionary way takes you OUT of the business owner role and puts you into the technician role. If you can’t see where you are going, no one else can either.
Do you want to get help, but are so stressed that you don’t even know what to ask for?
When you approach every business decision with a “no one can do it better than me” attitude, you are a victim of poor systems and lack of resources. When you hold onto the reigns with such a death grip, your company can never grow.
Being a business owner is scary.
Yeah, I said it. It’s all too common to put on a brave face and tell everyone business is great, when inside you feel lost and scared and alone. News flash: Everyone feels better when they have a tribe that can support them. You need one, too.
When I started my business over 3 years ago, I didn’t do it alone. I knew for years that I wanted to be my own boss, but I wanted to find something I was super passionate about to build a business around so that I could have that entrepreneurial dream – to LOVE what I do.
I’m blessed to say that I found my path. With the help of mentors, family, colleagues, friends, networking partners, and the counsel of other business owners I was able to identify my passion for helping people find their happiness and business success and make it my daily work and life’s goal.
While most businesses fail within the first year, my business is thriving. It isn’t easy. Every day isn’t perfect. But I always have my tribe to call on for support, ideas, leadership, insights, and advice.
I would not be able to continue building my business without my incredible network of fellow business owners – my team.
They say that your success and wealth is often an average of the people you surround yourself with. Who are you surrounding yourself with?
Do the people in your network have the resources and experiences to guide you to greatness? Or are you struggling alone at the front of the pack? Maybe even being dragged down trying to support others?
Having a go-to network of people – a lifeline of fellow business owners with the same mission and goals – will help keep you focused.
Watch the video below to learn more about leveraging a network of people and how what we are doing is unique.
After serving small business owners for over a decade, one issue always comes up time and time again. We don’t have the time or money to buy the help we need so badly. At the start of your business, or even as you are in the early stages of growth, you are relying mostly on luck and a lot of elbow grease.
I started this community because, while there are SO many amazing resources for small business owners out there, hardly any of us have the time or money to find, learn, and use them.
After years of research, development, and testing, I have put together a solution that will deliver custom resources right to business owners, with the guidance and support of other like-minded professionals.
Here’s the scoop:
Are ready to stop living in the cycle of “busy” but not productive, “open for business,” but not profitable, and start Building Your Damn Business? Awesome. Let’s do this!
When you become part of my program, you will be invited to join me, and other business owners, on a coaching webinar each month. We will tackle a challenging topic, where I will present solutions and resources to push past your limits and start making real money.
Each webinar will have Q&A time so you can ask me directly about issues you are having and get real answers.
I’ll also host a follow-up Accountability webinar each month, a few weeks after the first, where I’ll offer more training and we will review questions and challenges together. We’ll support one another, celebrate achievements, and help you stay focused on your goals.
Want to Build Your Damn Business? Get the right lifeline!
I know that each person is joining the group at different stages with different needs. That’s OK! I’ll provide you with a resource library full of worksheets, presentations, strategy guides, and resources that help every business owner implement fresh, effective systems to grow.
This group isn’t about me. It’s about you.
To get the MOST out of our sessions, I’ll be sending out a super-quick survey asking you, the business owners, what you want to learn about. We’ll create our webinar calendar around your responses and be sure to provide additional resources around other popular responses.

Post on Purpose – Social Media Training for Small Businesses
We’ve got you covered with basics, and we’ll help you grow with group coaching, templates, and checklists, and even offer one-on-one coaching. Whatever you need, we are here to help!
Have you SEEN how much coaching programs can cost? When researching with my clients and colleagues to create this program, the number one concern was price. When you are growing, you can’t afford to spend thousands of dollars every month to get the help you need… to make money. Chicken, meet egg.
I decided to make my program affordable for you, at just
I normally charge hundreds or thousands of dollars for this material in my public speaking and coaching business. But, I want you to experience these life-changing results NOW!

Frequently Asked Questions
How do the coaching webinars work?
Each member will be sent an invitation to the monthly webinar along with access code information. We ask that you join the webinar 5-10 minutes before it starts to prevent any technical problems (our webinars start promptly to respect everyone’s schedules). On the monthly topical webinar, I will spend approximately 45 minutes presenting the subject matter, then take about 30 minutes of questions from the audience. On the monthly follow-up webinar, I will share more content and facilitate an accountability session where we will spend 45 minutes – 1-hour sharing stories, answering questions, and further unpacking that month’s topic. You can drop off the webinar at any time you need to leave, and watch the recording later in the Library.
I’m really busy all the time! How long will this program take?
There are two monthly webinars you can join. You should budget about one hour per session. If you are more of a self-learner, you may get the content on the first monthly call and “tag out” on the Q&A sessions. See above for details on how the calls are structured. Two hours a month will get you great results with my program!
What if I can’t join the a webinar because of my schedule?
No worries! We’ll record and post the webinars on our member’s only website so you can listen to them in your own time… even if that time is 10:30 at night! Bonus: all our webinars will be added to the resource library so you can reference past webinars even after that monthly topic has passed!
Why is this program better than meeting people locally or a networking group?
Local connections are great! But meeting up with a random group of people rarely leads to constructive growth or focused coaching on the topics you are struggling with. I’ve never been to a networking group and had several people sit down to strategically discuss how to improve social media posting for audience growth… have you?
As a member of Build Your Damn Business, you will join a group of other professional business owners that are serious about learning, developing and working their systems to grow their companies. AND you get a resource library to help you boost your efforts immediately.
My business is _________. How can you help me when I have so many issues that don’t seem to apply to other industries?
While every business is unique, our program addresses universal problems that all business owners face. Build Your Damn Business was created after years of research working with dozens of industries and finding the core challenges they face to be the most effective for each member.
What if you don’t answer my question during the webinar?
Many times we get the same questions from multiple people, so your question could be answered in the Q&A session. In addition to the webinars, every member will be added to a private Build Your Damn Business FaceBook group. You’ll be able to post your questions in the group and get real-time responses from other members. If a question comes up regularly, I’ll weigh in, and potentially provide additional resources or host a webinar on that topic (based on survey responses).
This Program is Perfect For
People who are starting a business, franchise, or launching a new idea and need a support group to help keep them focused and learning.
People who have had a business for any length of time (months or years) that are working 8+ hour days and need to scale up to the next level of business with the guidance of other professionals.
People who are changing roles and need focused development to assess their new company and kill it in their new job.
This Program is Not for You if
You are not big on learning from others or being open to new ways of doing things. If your motto is, “That’s the way we’ve always done it,” this group is not for you.
You regularly dominate any conversation by focusing on yourself and your own problems. If you aren’t a good listener or aren’t interested in group learning, you’ll probably want to sit this group out and find a personal coach.
You cannot commit 1-2 hours per month to your company’s development. This isn’t a magic wand. Improving your business takes work – from you. If you won’t be able to break away from the daily fires and focus on the big vision, you should consider joining the group when you can.
